We have focused our pipeline of product candidates on biologics that we believe can be enhanced by the LEX System. The LEX System facilitates the development of proteins whose complexity and other properties limit their commercial viability in traditional production systems. It also enables us to produce monoclonal antibodies that can be optimized with the objective of improving their potency and efficacy.

By capitalizing on the significant benefits of the LEX System over traditional production systems, we are developing the following pipeline of product candidates that includes Locteron™, BLX-155 and BLX-301.
